Connect VoxNote to Meta Muse | Your phone calls in Muse

Ask your Muse: "Integrate the VoxNote MCP: https://api.voxnote.ai/mcp"
Sign in with your VoxNote account (the same one as your mobile app). If you're not sure which email address is linked to your account, you can find it in the mobile app settings, under Account.
Accept all connection permissions in the browser.

Then ask anything about your calls.

You can now ask Muse whatever you want about your phone calls. For example:

"Go through my VoxNote calls from this week and flag the business opportunities I missed."

Before you start

A VoxNote account on a paid plan (Essential or Pro).

Your calls stay under your control

Muse only sees your own VoxNote data, and only when it needs it to answer one of your requests. It can read your contacts' names and phone numbers, your call and voicemail details (date, duration, incoming or outgoing), your call summaries and your transcripts. The connection is read-only: Muse can't place calls, send messages, or change or delete anything in your account. You can turn off access at any time, and it stops right away.

"What follow-ups did I promise in last week's calls?"

How to disconnect VoxNote from Muse

In the VoxNote web app, go to Settings, then Connected apps. You can also remove the VoxNote connection in Muse.

If something doesn't work

Paid plan required: choose the Essential or Pro plan in the VoxNote web app, under Billing, then try again.
A call has no transcript or summary: it may still be processing, recording may have been turned off for that call, or your plan's monthly notes limit may be reached.
Muse asks you to reconnect: this happens after you disconnect VoxNote. Sign in again from Muse.
